Pick up by your experienced guide and then head to your destination Murchison Falls National Park. Your journey covers between 5 and 6 hours depending on stopovers and mechanical conditions of your 4×4 Safari Van or 4×4 Safari Land Cruiser.

You will take the Kampala-Luwero-Masindi route. En-route, purchase some delicious fruits like pineapples, oranges and proceed via Nakasongola to Masindi Town then you access Murchison Falls National Park via Kichumbanyobo gate in the South.

Drive to the Northern section of the park but don’t miss to sight the playful baboons and other primates on the side of Budongo Forest. Lunch will be offered to you at Uganda safari lodge at the park then you join other visitors for the 2:00pm boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls.

There is a lot to expect to spot on a launch/boat cruise ranging from hippos, crocodiles, waters to savanna wildlife species as they graze near the river banks. The varied water birds to expect to sight here include fish eagles, kingfishers, bee-eaters and as you get to the base of the falls, enjoy its mesmerizing view and take pictures.

You will hike to the top of Murchison Falls to enjoy witnessing this powerful waterfall as it squeezes itself in a narrow gorge of 7 meters before plunging 43 meters down. Return to the lodge by boat or in a 4×4 Safari Van/a 4×4 Land cruiser extended. Dinner and overnight at your preferred lodge you reserved.
